Richhill Castle

Richhill Castle Co Armagh Paranormal investigation Tuesday 8th Martch 2011 The Team Gary, Caron, Anne, David, Nicola. On arrival at the Castle the Team immediately got into action making our promotion film for our website. Once the equipment was brought in and set up we had a walk round the building. It had been a long time since we had been to Richhill and were delighted to be back. The First Vigil We decided to start the night off in the rooms at the top of the house. The equipment we used were Motion Sensors.Geophone, Zoom H2s ,Trifield meter,Digital Thermometer and our Night Vision Cameras. Once protection was done we did a vigil around the table and immediately the energy entered the room.. It was the spirit of a little girl who had interacted with us on a previous investigation. She gave us intelligent responses by knocking the table and a few times the table was nudged. Another presence came into the room and the childs energy disappeared.. The area around us was freezing cold but we found it strange that the room temperature had gone up two degrees. We also did a bit of Glass Divination which was slow to start and only moved when we suggested we go into the other room. The Death Room This room was the one we found to be the most active. A spirit of a man was seen standing in the corner and two of the team saw his face. He made his presence felt by making us feel extremely cold and also very uncomfortable. This man was not happy we were there..We heard various knocks from different areas in the room and the shuffling of feet coming from between the corner and the door..While the team did Glass divination Anne spent ten minutes scrying. She experienced seeing some ladies young and old and some oriental looking men and many others. To conclude the investigation we used the Franks box created by Frank Sumption.. The Franks Box The Franks box gets a lot of redicule in the Paranormal Field. We have been experiementing with it for some time and I must say we have been amazed by the results. We find it best to link up to use this piece of equipment and invite the spirit in to use our energy. There are a lot of radio signals coming through but you have to listen for that one voice that stands out. A man with a local accent shouted "Hello" and told us his name was Jake and he was a rebel... Before we finished off he said "nice to meet you... We will be continuing our experiements with the Franks box. Summary This was the first investigation Ghost Searchers Ireland had carried out as a team. We carried out a brilliant investigation and experienced a lot of Paranormal activity..We are experienced enough to realise a lot of the noises are not Paranormal but there were some we could'nt explain.. We are so happy to be investigiting Richhill and will be returning at a later date. During the evening we made a promotional film to introduce our team which you can view soon. Anne
